Martin Automatic Strengthens Presence In Europe

ROCKFORD IL - Martin Automatic has announced moves to further strengthen its European presence. In a move to provide added support to its customers across Europe, David Wright, Vice President of Martin Automatic, noted a recent personnel appointment at Martin Automatic Europe GmbH, whose office is in Bretzfeld, Germany.
Mr. Wright explained, "Gabrielle Dankwerth has been appointed to the position of Contract Administrator, making her an important communication link between our European customers and headquarters in Rockford, USA. In addition, Rockford-based Kerry Beard will be providing internal support for the European Sales Team. Mr. Beard, who speaks fluent German, joined Martin Automatic at the beginning of 2007."
Mr. Wright added that Martin Automatic already has a Sales Manager serving customers in Scandinavia, as well as experienced Regional Sales Managers based in the UK and in Spain who support customers in these strategically important markets.
New resources are not limited to the sales side, according to Mr. Wright, who added that Martin Automatic prides itself on the level of support it offers to its customers. "As we expand our global business, we will continue to develop our network of technical advice and support. The Martin Automatic Europe GmbH service technician is based in Germany and he is supported by contract service technicians who have been trained to work on Martin equipment. "And, of course,"David Wright concluded, "the Martin Automatic service team in the USA is always ready to provide support."
Martin Automatic Europe GmbH is also in the process of recruiting a new Service Manager to provide customers with telephone support, and coordinate all service work in Europe.
